ACA plan-price requests

Optional provider searches send the doctor or facility name and nearby ZIP code to HealthSherpa only after a separate search permission. This search identifies providers and does not verify plan participation. We do not request patient names or medication lists in this tool. Search entries and results stay in the current tab and can be cleared. Plan drug-list and provider-directory buttons open third-party websites with their own privacy practices. Annual cost comparisons are calculated in your browser using quote amounts and the months you select.

The optional ACA quote form sends the ZIP code, selected county, coverage year, ages, applicant relationships, tobacco answers and any entered household income to HealthSherpa ONE through our server to retrieve prices and estimated savings. Permission for this quote is requested in the form. It does not authorize an insurance application, enrollment, or a search of existing client records.

The integration does not save quote form entries or returned plans in a client database, browser storage or analytics. Inputs are processed for the requested quote. Ordinary security and server access logs may still record technical request metadata. HealthSherpa handles the information under its own privacy practices. Use the form’s clear button to reset entries; no Social Security number, exact birth date, name or contact details are requested for quoting.

Quote results are estimates. The Marketplace determines eligibility and actual tax credits, which are reconciled on the federal tax return. Continuing on HealthSherpa is a separate experience and may require re-entering details and additional consent. Review HealthSherpa’s privacy information before requesting quotes.

Privacy

Contact and appointment forms ask for basic information such as your name, phone number, email, state, ZIP code, coverage interests, and meeting preferences. This information is used to respond to your request and arrange a consultation.

Please do not include medications, diagnoses, Medicare numbers, or medical history in a public website form or ordinary email. Discuss those details during your consultation. A secure online intake is not currently available on this site.

Contact details are used to reply and to set an appointment. They are not sold.

These pages provide general coverage information rather than a personal recommendation. Available plans, providers, prescriptions, and costs should be reviewed for your location and circumstances before you choose coverage.

Benefits, networks, premiums, and enrollment dates change. Confirm the current details for your ZIP before you enroll.

Medicare disclosures

We do not offer every plan available in your area. Depending on your ZIP code, we represent 4 to 11 organizations, offering 26 to 81 products. Contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY 1-877-486-2048) for information on all of your options.

A Scope of Appointment is completed before a one-to-one meeting goes into a specific Medicare Advantage or Part D plan. Official Medicare information is at Medicare.gov.

Marketplace

Marketplace application assistance follows required consent and application-review procedures. Premium tax credits depend on household income and other eligibility rules and are not guaranteed.
